Shipping

Knowing how critical it is to receive your vials when you need them, we take shipping protocol extremely seriously. All vials are shipped in liquid nitrogen portable vapor shippers, guaranteed by the manufacturer to protect the specimens for 7 days from the date of shipping.

Boston area

For clients in the greater Boston area, we deliver specimens by our in-house courier Monday through Friday for delivery to a medical facility or your home.  Specimens will be delivered a minimum of one business day after the order is placed. For an additional fee, same day shipping is available. You may also choose to avoid delivery charges and pick up your order at our Newton laboratory. A preparation fee applies.

Global Shipping

For clients anywhere else in the world, we use a highly qualified priority delivery service and offer the following plans:
