NECC Expands Cryogenic Storage Platform with Kindbody Agreement

Kindbody Cryostorage Patients to Benefit From NECC’s State-of-the-Art Storage Facilities

Marlborough, Mass., June 2, 2026 – New England Cryogenic Center (“NECC”), a renowned leader in cryogenic storage, today announced it entered into an agreement with Kindbody to provide long term cryogenic storage for reproductive patients. The transition of patient reproductive tissue to NECC’s facilities will take place over the coming months. Kindbody is a leading family-building benefits provider and fertility care delivery platform with clinics across the United States. As a result, Kindbody patients will gain access to NECC’s state-of-the-art repository facility, ensuring uninterrupted, secure, and technologically advanced cryogenic storage nationwide.

NECC’s flagship biorepository features technologically advanced cryogenic storage infrastructure and services, including automated liquid nitrogen management systems, redundant temperature monitoring, and industry-leading security protocols. With a 54-year history, it is known for its outstanding reputation, exceptional standards, and advanced cryogenic capabilities.

“Patient trust guides everything we do,” said Rocio Edgerton, General Manager of NECC. “We approached this agreement with one priority: the patients – and every step of this transition has been designed with their peace of mind as the guiding principle. As part of this commitment, every biological sample in our care is protected with the highest possible standard of technology and oversight. This portfolio is a natural extension of the work we’ve been doing for over five decades, and we’re proud to welcome these patients into our care as we continue serving them from our state-of-the-art facilities.”

“NECC’s capabilities and commitment to patient care will enable our patients to continue benefitting from the highest standards in family planning,” said David Stern, Chief Executive Officer of Kindbody. “This agreement ensures our patients’ biological materials are transferred to one of the country’s most advanced cryogenic storage platforms and strengthens our focus on expanding access to fertility services nationwide. We are confident our patients will experience a seamless transition and an even higher standard of care going forward.”
